Umenoyado Junmai Daiginjo White Tiger

Rice: Yamada-Nishiki A+ / Rice Polishing:50% / Alc: 16% /SMV- /Temperature: Cold /Region: Nara

Tasting Note

Utilising Yamadanishiki rice, this Sake offers a deep aroma of ripe pear and a rich full flavour on the palate.

Umenoyado Junmai Ginjo Blue Dragon

Rice: Yamada-Nishiki / Rice Polishing:60% / Alc: 16% /SMV+1 /Temperature: Cold /Region: Nara

Tasting Note

This Junmai Ginjo has a good balance of freshness, sharpness and acidity on the palate with a dry and clean finish.

This results in a light, refreshing taste.

Umenoyado Ryokucha Umeshu

Raw material: Green tea, plum, sake, sugar / Alc: 8% /Serving: On the rock or with soda/Region: Nara

Tasting Note

Combined with Japanese green tea, the relaxing tea aroma and the fresh acidity of the plum perfectly bring out the soft and sweet flavor.

Umenoyado Yuzu

Raw material: yuzu, sake, sugar / Alc: 8% /Serving: On the rock or with soda, honey /Region: Nara

Tasting Note

Using domestically produced yuzu 7 pieces in 720ml generously, the sake is finished with a slightly sweet taste while fully drawing out the acidity and flavour peculiar to yuzu.

Umenoyado Aragoshi Mikan

Raw material: mandarin orange, sake, sugar, citric acid / Alc: 7% /Serving: On the rock or with soda /Region: Nara

Tasting Note

Using 14 pieces of mandarin oranges generously. Enjoy not only the refreshing aroma and taste of mandarin oranges, but also the light and mysterious texture of the mashing dance in your mouth.
