The use of a unique sake mother using lactic acid fermentation gives the acid and amino acids produced by lactic acid bacteria a complex flavour and breadth to the sake, while the partial use of old sake instead of brewing water produces a natural sweetness that only time-tested sake has the depth of. The sake has a beautiful golden colour derived from old sake. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
