FEATURE OF THE AROMA
(Melon)

(Mashroom)

FEATURE OF THE TASTE
If we were to compare it to Burgundy, it would be a “Chassagne Montrachet” with a full-bodied and finely balanced nose. The aroma of melon and white peaches is layered with smoky minerality and nuances of cream and mushrooms, giving the wine a gorgeous, full aroma. In the mouth, fresh and soft acidity dominates the palate, and the combination of integrated alcohol and rice flavor gives a beautiful impression.
The lingering finish is smooth and textured with fruit flavors, making this a dense and rich wine.
