COMMENT FROM THE BREWERY
The origin of the word “稲 (rice plant)” is said to be “the root of life” according to one theory.
It is undisputed that the main ingredient of SAKE is “rice.”
Undoubtedly, rice is the staple food of the Japanese.
Since 2010, our company has been cultivating Yamada Nishiki rice in Kurodano, Hyogo Prefecture.
As we continue to cultivate it, we delve into the history of Japanese rice, reflecting on the activities of our ancestors who were engaged in it.
With reverence and affection for the “rice = root of life” that has been woven for thousands of years, we have named this product “いのね・Inone.”
FEATURE OF THE AROMA
Fruity(=Ginjo aroma)
FEATURE OF THE TASTE
RENDEZ-VOUS is like a wine, but its elegant acidity makes it lighter to drink. The 5% higher rice polishing ratio than voyage gives it a clear, transparent quality. It is a sake that is sure to be accepted in Europe, where wine is drunk, and is the very form of the sake that we would like to share with you.
Plus, While the regular Kuheiji has the body of Yamadanishiki, Le K Junmai Daiginjo Voyage has a lighter, more pleasant mouthfeel. Le K Junmai Daiginjo Voyage is lighter and more pleasant to the palate, especially when compared to the regular Kuusojin Kuheiji series. You can enjoy it with appetizers and other dishes from the first glass.
