COMMENT FROM THE BREWERY
Vintage that refers to the year of wine brewing or the year of grape harvest in wine.
There are also vintages of sake. This is because the drama that occurs in the rice fields is different every year.
These products are made from rice harvested in 2016 & 2019 and has been sleeping for a long time.

The temperature has not dropped in autumn and the average
temperature exceeds 30℃, and hot days continue.
Because of this, the 2019 vintage was born as “hard Yamada Nishiki”.
This SAKE, born from such hard Yamada Nishiki, was very shy when it was first born.
However, it has an impression of elegance and strength of character.
Over time, the original strength of character blossomed, and the
various aromas and five flavors were expressed in three dimensions,
transforming it into an adult woman with both kindness and
tolerance. We believe that this product allows you to experience that
vintage and aging are possible in sake.
