FEATURE OF THE TASTE
The nose is freshly picked grapefruit and other citrus fruits, apple, and white pepper.
It has a delicate impression.
When swirled, the aroma changes dramatically to ripe melon, and botanical elements can also be sensed.
On the palate, a pleasant bitterness spreads along with the umami flavor, and the bitterness gives the impression of Japanese essence.
