Pairing with “Hot-pot“, the best temperature is between about 35℃~45℃.
Basically, “Food temperature=Sake Temperature”, it’s a basic pairing style.
As for this bottle, A standard junmai sake from Shichikanuma, brewed with Gohyakumangoku from Okuizumo.
