Ginjo aroma(2 years aging bottle with low temperature)
FEATURE OF THE TASTE
Multidimentional and rich layered with an incredible refined filigreestructure and gorgeous silky smooth texture.
The rice used is “Koshitanrei” produced in Uonuma.
The sake is carefully brewed and pressed, then aged at a low temperature for at least 2 years, making it the pinnacle of Midorikawa.
It is a special sake made to order at certain times of the year.
