FEATURE OF THE AROMA
(Citrus peel)
(Pear)
FEATURE OF THE TASTE
If we were to compare it to Burgundy, it would be “Meursault” with its rich yet beautiful acidity. It has a very refreshing impression, centered on aromas of fresh citrus, green apple, and herbs such as dill and annette, and when the glass is turned, the aroma of rice-derived minerality rises. Like the aroma, the taste is refreshing and fresh. The elegant and dignified acidity is in perfect harmony with the umami derived from the rice, and the flavor is tightened and slender toward the end of the palate.
