BREWERY NAME
CHUKO BREWERY: Brand name is “CHUKO”
We were the first Awamori manufacturer to research jars for aging Awamori.
We went through various trial and error processes, from mixing the right clay for aging to molding and raising the temperature of the fire, and finally, two years later in 1991, we created the “Ryukyujo-yaki” that we had longed for.

It has a nostalgic dark aroma and an elegant, plump, sweet scent reminiscent of baked fruit.
While it spreads smoothly on the tongue, the aftertaste is deep and mellow.
The dark aroma leaves the nose and changes to a sweet vanilla scent. A sweet-bitter adult flavor with a harmony of sweetness and bitterness.
