CHUKO BREWERY: Brand name is “CHUKO”
We were the first Awamori manufacturer to research jars for aging Awamori.
We went through various trial and error processes, from mixing the right clay for aging to molding and raising the temperature of the fire, and finally, two years later in 1991, we created the “Ryukyujo-yaki” that we had longed for.

Vanila, maple syrup, almond, popcorn etc…
FEATURE OF THE TASTE
The initial aroma is faint. The aroma of vanilla and maple syrup is gentle.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gentle alcohol, the fragrant aroma of almonds and popcorn pleasantly passes through your nose.
As it comes into contact with the air, the initial soft aroma changes to a stronger one.
